Etch almost any metal and mark many engineered plastics.
Features: How We Design the Systems for the Easiest Project Setup
Visible Red Dot Pointer
Provides a visible laser beam for setting up projects to determine exactly where the laser will fire.
Made in the USA Quality
Proudly designed, engineered and manufactured in the USA.
LED In-Cabinet Lighting
Inline LED lighting designed to illuminate the marking area.
Closed-loop DC servo motors drive the X/Y axes.
Kevlar and Steel Cord Belts
Precision drive belts made of advanced B-style Kevlar and Steel Cord.
Raster/Vector Color Mapping
Easily map different speed and power settings to different colors in your file in both engraving and cutting modes.
Laser Dashboard™ Print Driver
User-friendly print driver allows you to control all of the laser's features from one interface.
Large Tempered Glass Door
An oversized door on the top of the laser provides a larger viewing area for greater workflow.
Desiccant Air Compressor (FiberMark 24 Only)
Blows a stream of air through the Air Assist system.
Dual Source Option: CO2 and Fiber (Fusion M2 32)
Add CO2 laser's versatility to the Fiber Laser's metal etching capabilities.
Are you looking for the material versatility of a CO2 laser in addition to the direct metal etching of a fiber laser? Add on the dual source option to your Fusion M2 32 and choose a fiber laser (20, 30 or 50 watts) and add on a CO2 laser (50, 60 or 75 watts) to work with a wider range of materials.
Epilog eView Camera Module (Fusion M2 32)
Add laser cutting to your printed projects with our unique three camera design.
Add on a registration camera system to your Fusion M2 32. Simply add registration marks to your printed graphic and produce precise laser cuts when using the CO2 version of the system, and advanced job positioning features for the Fiber version. The eView features three cameras located inside the system to increase cutting accuracy, including two built into the lid for the easiest positioning of projects.
3-Jaw Chuck Rotary Attachment
Easily engrave cylindrical shaped items.
When you're looking for highly-accurate marking of cylindrical parts, the 3-Jaw Chuck is the ideal choice. The Rotary Attachment is an indispensable tool that allows designers and manufactures to mark cylindrical parts, pieces and components more conveniently than ever before.
Fully programmable for a wide variety of diameters, the 3-Jaw Chuck can accommodate a significant range of material sizes. Additionally, the available tail-stock support fixture ensures correct focus on longer items.
For engraving items that accommodates different part sizes.
Epilog's Rim-style rotary attachment will ensure all of your parts receive a professional mark that meets the highest standards. Great for marking cylindrical items, place your item on the two rim-style wheels and start engraving.
Designed for usability, you can switch from item to the next in seconds. the attachment easily adjusts for different lengths and will even rotate cylinders that have different diameters on each end.
Epilog's Fiber Laser systems come with a standard 3" (FiberMark 24) or 5" (Fusion M2) focus lens. This will suffice for most metal/plastic marking application. However, users will find some applications require our more specialized lenses.
1.5" Lens (FiberMark 24):
- Provides an additional 1.5" of z-axis clearance for both engraving flat stock and for rotary use.
- 1.5" lens also has a smaller spot size and provides excellent detailed engraving for smaller text and artwork.
5.5" Lens (FiberMark 24):
- Offers more depth of field than our standard lens on the fiber systems. Amount of depth of field will vary depending on the material, wattage and type of mark desired.
- Provides consistent engraving/marking on curved surfaces or slightly bowed surfaces.
- Excellent for engraving on the inside/bottom surface of an item (bowl, box, tooling).
8.0" Lens (Fusion M2):
- Offers the greatest depth of field for the Fusion M2 32 and 40 Fiber.
- Provides consistent engraving/marking on the most curved surfaces.
- Excellent for engraving on the inside/bottom surface of an item (bowl, box, tooling) up to 8" tall.
Epilog Fiber Laser Series Models
Three models to choose from to meet your material processing and production needs.
Epilog FiberMark 24: The FiberMark 24 is our original Fiber laser system featuring a large 24" x 12" engraving area. It is the first flying-optic fiber laser system to be introduced and has built its reputation for high-quality marks and robust mechanics.
Epilog Fusion M2 32: With the Fusion M2 32, we've designed our best performing laser ever. It can be configured with either a fiber laser source, CO2 source or both! It features a large 32" x 20" (812 x 502 mm) work area.
Epilog Fusion M2 40: With the Fusion M2 40, we've designed a system with an oversized work area with the best performing laser and motion control system ever. It can be configured with either a fiber laser source, CO2 source or both! It features a large 40" x 28" (1016 x 711 mm) work area.
